About Us
Mexborough Community Hub used to be the old youth club. However, due to cuts to budgets and Covid, the youth club closed and stood empty and forgotten. After some vision and hard work, Mexborough Community Hub was born. It opened its doors on 1 August 2022 and is now a community space for all members of the community.
The building has a lot to offer and was refurbished to make it more welcoming and inclusive. With dedicated rooms for technology, pod casting, radio, conference and training and also a main hall we can accommodate most activities.
Residing on Oxford Road, Mexborough and not to be confused with The Family Hub, or The Hub, we are accessible on foot, by car, by bus or by train.

Hot Desk Facilities
We have a fully furnished office for hire. This can be hired daily, weekly or on a long term hire. It is perfect for meetings, consultations or just a quiet space for working in.

Do you want to start a group but have no venue? Do you have a group but no real base to hold your group? We can help.

Meeting Space
Depending on the size of your audience, we could well have the space for you. From a small office, to a conference room, to a hall. Our rates are very competitive and we are sure that we will have something that would fit the bill.

Radio and Podcasting
Have you ever wanted to have a go at presenting your own radio show? Or creating your own Podcast? If so, we can help. Working with Rockingham Media, we are able to set you on the road to making this dream come true.
Rockingham Media also hold Pies, Peas and Podcasting sessions, so keep an eye out for these events so you can pop along and get involved.

We have a fully functioning kitchen within Mexborough Community Hub.

All in all, Mexborough Community Hub has a lot to offer by way of space. We can host a number of different activities and are available to discuss your requirements.

What's On
Currently, we have three regular groups that use Mexborough Community Hub as a venue for their group activities.
Tuesday: 1600 - 1800 Active Fusion
Wednesday: 1000 - 1100 Yoga with Julie
Wednesday: 1830 - 1930 Zumba with Lisa
Thursday: 1900 - 2000 Yoga with Rachel
There are other activities on an ad hoc basis, so please check back regularly to see what's happening.
